  1. Step 1 : Arrival and welcome

    Visitors are received by the grower, Franck. Over this two-hour guided visit, visitors are taken into the heart of the vanilla grove. Presentation of the history of the vanilla plantation.

  2. Step 2 : Discovering the vanilla grove

    Discover the essential stages in producing two varieties of vanilla: Vanilla Planifolia, prized across the tropics, and the singular Vanilla Pompona, a variety endemic to Guadeloupe, known for its generous pod and its distinctive character.

  3. Step 3 : An agroforestry trail

    Walk the estate, where every tree and plant plays its part in a harmonious ecological balance. Discover the story of vanilla, its bond with the Guadeloupean soil, and the artisanal methods that make it a noble and sought-after spice.

  4. Step 4 : Tasting and a moment together

    The visit closes with a moment together around a tasting of vanilla-based products made on site. Visitors are then invited to discover a selection of artisanal products: vanilla sugars and salts, vanilla extracts made with local organic rum.
